License Grant

VLVT SYSTEMS LTD (“VLVT Systems”) grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the VLVT operating system.

The license is single-tenant and strictly tied to the specific domain instance provisioned for the client. No ownership rights are transferred under this agreement.

Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for unauthorized surveillance, spam distribution, harassment, unlawful profiling, discrimination, or any activity in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Any misuse of the system, including illegal trafficking or abusive conduct, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the instance without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The system is provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VLVT Systems shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from force majeure events, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
